Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic orders: 5-10 business days
International orders: 10-15 business days

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Venarox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Venarox28@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and provide a resolution where appropriate.
